Let's face it, the consumer has every right to feel just slightly anxious when reaching out to an unknown real estate agent. A good chunk of our brethren are often a bit pushy, aggressive, or worse. We tend to speak a different language at times, one peppered with industry-speak that can be somewhat intimidating to consumers.
This is just one other reason a trusted professional buyer's agent is invaluable to most buyers who simply don't want to have these conversations, don't know what questions to ask, are often embarrassed to ask about things they think they should know, and most importantly, they are not used to the endless time-consuming back and forth we experience daily between agents, leaving messages, hounding some to return a call, text or email, etc. At COMPASS these items may sound foreign, but outside of the more reputable brokerages, things get murky, messy and much less efficient.....

Yes, our profession does not impose the life-or-death seriousness of the medical profession, but most know that real estate is way up there with death and divorce in the stress department. Anything that reduces stress and saves time can be just as Invaluable!
